Once completed, the pipe receives a TBBE Certificate of Certification, documenting that it has passed our inspection and restoration process and is ready for its next chapter.

Shipping Information

Orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. U.S. orders are shipped with tracking, with delivery typically within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. We take special care in packaging every pipe to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Estate Pipe Return Policy

We want you to be completely comfortable purchasing an estate pipe from The Blind Briar’s Ember. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the pipe remains unused and unsmoked after purchase and is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Because estate pipes are previously owned, they may exhibit minor signs of age, previous use, handling, or cosmetic wear. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each pipe, including any notable imperfections or repairs.

Pipes that have been smoked, altered, repaired, polished, cleaned, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. All original accessories or packaging included with the pipe should also be returned.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from its description. Please contact The Blind Briar’s Ember before returning any pipe so we can assist you.

I particularly like the phrase “unused and unsmoked after purchase” for your estate pipes. Since an estate pipe has obviously been smoked by a previous owner, simply saying “unsmoked” could be confusing. This makes it clear that you're talking about what happens after the customer receives it.
