The Blind Briar's Ember Return & Refund Policy

At The Blind Briar's Ember, we stand behind every pipe we sell. Each pipe is carefully inspected, restored (when applicable), photographed, and accurately described before it is offered for sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• The pipe must be unused after delivery and in the same condition in which it was received.

• The pipe must show no signs of smoking, use, modification, cleaning, or damage caused after delivery.

• All original accessories, packaging, sleeves, bags, or boxes (if included) must accompany the return.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (incorrect item shipped or item significantly different from its description).

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely returned.

Refunds

Once the returned pipe has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the pipe shows evidence of:

• being smoked,

• damage,

• alterations,

• or excessive handling beyond normal inspection,

the return may be refused or a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials. Photographs of the packaging and the item may be required to assist with any shipping claims.
